Home » Who am I?

Talking about yourself in the third person always feels to me like I’m bragging, so trying to come off as humble when explaining things can be difficult.

Born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; I have always had an interest in technology.  Beginning in Nursery school with a Muppets game on an Apple II computer up until the major turning point I experienced in high school with an extreme fascination with Microsoft Publisher and video making.

Today, I work for Ducks Unlimited Canada in their fundraising department bringing my years of experience from other non-profits while putting my own spin and emphasis on embracing technology to find solutions that impact everyone in the organization or just a few.

I created this blog initially to simply be a record of my experiences but has grown to now be a repository for my discoveries, ideas and occasional rants about things that I care about and that I wish to share with others.

Since my interests vary from information technology (computers: both portable and not, networking, business networks) and video games to graphic design to video/film making, there is a lot of ground that can be covered in this blog.

I hope you enjoy your visit and I look forward to hearing from you if you have any questions.  Thanks!
